    About

    About
I practice yoga as part of my daily meditation, as internal massage, energy boost, and to feel good. Life without yoga, is like a day without sun. While practicing massage therapy, in my early 20s, I wanted to give my clients some tools to self-heal, which lead me to teaching and sharing yoga with them. Now, 20 years later, my yoga practice continues to heal my body by improving my mobility, flexibility and strength. It helps me be a better person, parent, athlete and teacher.
