I practice yoga as part of my daily meditation, as internal massage, energy boost, and to feel good. Life without yoga, is like a day without sun. While practicing massage therapy, in my early 20s, I wanted to give my clients some tools to self-heal, which lead me to teaching and sharing yoga with them. Â Now, 20 years later, my yoga practice continues to heal my body by improving my mobility, flexibility and strength.  It helps me be a better person, parent, athlete and teacher.
My intention with Yoga Peeps is to make the practice of yoga more accessible and available to everyone.  By sharing with you, yoga teachers, authors, activist, entrepreneurs, musicians, who practice yoga, my hope is you will find some benefits in creating a daily yoga practice.   A world with more connection, self love, and tuning inward through the practice would improve the lives of all living things.
I share yoga with Crossfit athletes, kids, private groups, and clients, and online on Instagram and YouTube.  I am grateful you are here, and look for to connecting.
