Russell Case
Russell was introduced to the practice in 1994 by Suddha Wiexler while studying at the Art Institute of Chicago. After graduating he lived in South Korea undertaking self practice. In 2001 his mentor in Texas, Sharon Moon told him to find a strong teacher, someone who will humble you?. He was introduced to Mysore style teaching with Guy Donahaye in New York City. After some time Russell was invited to apprentice under Guy for two years. This culminated in study with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, and his grandson Sharath Rangaswamy. He returns to Mysore, India annually.
Russell is an advanced practitioner with Guruji and has received his blessing to teach.
